The minimum percentage required in Class 10 and Class 12 for admission to P P Savani University for B.Sc (Hons.) in Biotechnology is 45%. The candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology in Class 12. The selection criteria is merit-based. After the selection process gets completed, P P Savani University releases various merit lists for the selected candidates. Those selected candidates must make the fee payment within a stipulated time.

No, you will not lose your one attempt if you do not appear for JEE Mains just after 12th. You can appear for the exam in any of the three consecutive years after passing your 12th board exams. So, if you do not feel prepared to take the exam in your first year after 12th, you can take a year off to prepare and then appear for the exam in your second or third year.
