The latest CBSE exam pattern 2025 for class 12 comprises competency-based questions (MCQs, case-based, source-based questions, etc.) which will carry 40% weightage. The Multiple choice questions (MCQs) will carry 20% weightage and short/answer type questions will carry 40% weightage.Students must go through the complete CBSE 12th syllabus and must finish it by December 2024.
