yes you can To get admission into D.Y. Patil International University, Pune for B.Tech, candidates need to meet the following minimum percentage requirement:- Candidates must have a minimum of 45% in Class 12th.- They must have studied Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry/Biology.- Candidates from Maharashtra State must appear for MHT-CET, while All India candidates need to appear for MHT-CET/JEE Mains. However, JEE Mains scores are preferred over MHT-cet.

Yes, you can get into IISER, Pune with 70% in class 12th. However this is not the only eligilbility. You have to get sufficient marks/rank in the relevant admission test.
