Candidates can be eligible to pursue ECC at Nielit Pali if he/she scores minimum 50% in the Nielit entrance exam and has passed 12th with minimum 50% - 60% from any recognised board of education. So, yes you can get ECC at NIELIT Pali with 75 percentile in CBSE 12th.
