Its difficult to get a good job based on just CCNA certification, you can aim for internship initially in a good company and after gaining practical exposure you can get better job prospects.

This is my personal opinion about both the courses and at the end, I am not going to declare any course to be better than the other.
CCNA takes you deep into the networking field by making you understand networking, communication, comm. Security as well as making you understand how big companies have huge communication infrastructure and how do they manage them. MCSA makes you understand how everything works in things connected to technology like, how does an OS work, troubleshooting it, communication between different hardware equipment, managing them, etc? Hi,
Good to see that you have earned MCSE and CCNA. These two are very valuable certifications. To become a professional security expert, basic Networking and Server-Client architecture knowledge is absolute necessary.
Now, to prepare for CEH certification, you require to take proper training from an institute or Security expert who has vast knowledge, experience in IT security field. Being honest with you, Institutes are available but picking up a right one is important. Also, I would suggest to work on somewhere where you will learn a lot more about practical use cases and then go for certification, which will make more sense.

CCNA is good if you want to pursue a career in the networking domain.
Opt for the course that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission
You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of Aptitude, personality and career interest to clear confusion.

If you are planning to build your career in networking, then you must be available 24*7 because network error can occur anytime and you have to available to fix the same. This domain might not be right fit for girls unless you have a little different profile in the networking domain which doesn't require 24*7 availability.

Hi,
CCNA is undoubtedly a valued course for those who are interested and aspire for building career in computer hardware and networking. After Diploma you can do this course and it would be better if done from Cisco networking academy. CCNA is offered in different flavours like CCNA routing and switching, CCNA security, CCNA discovery, CCNA data center, etc. But CCNA and R&S (routing and switching) are the most popular and industry preferred.
If you are really interested you can move ahead with it.
