MNC and SMEs they prefer Graduation as a minimum academy benchmark. Hence, Graduate with CCNA will always get precedence over 12th.

Yes, You can do any certification course But Idea is that you should do that course where do you want to make career. I am sharing Some job roles for CCNA certification is an eligibility criterion include:
Network Administrator: salary approx. $56, 994
Network Engineer: Salary approx. $66, 063
Sr. Network Engineer: Salary approx. $89, 900
IT or Information Technology Manager: Salary approx $78,000
Systems Administrator: Salary approx. $59, 000
Systems Engineer: Salary approx. $64,000
Above mention figure you can get the growth of CCNA.

As far as I know, CCNA & CCNP both have good scope. You have to do the first CCNA after that you can do CCNP to grow your job profile. A lot of friends have done both certification course from Koenig-Solutions.com
