It totally depends on your knowledge that how much you know about CCNA, CCNP and CCIE. If you have a good knowledge you will get good salary.

You have done M.Tech in Information security. CCNA is a basic certification to do beginner level network engineer job. CCNA certification will not add value to your profile. You are over qualified to be a network engineer based on your educational qualifications. You are advised to do courses leading to Information security certifications.
