CCNP is better as compared to CCNA because it's higher in the hierarchy and also without CCNA, you can't pursue CCNP. So, ideally CCNA and CCNP should not be compared.

Hello,
I think you should prepare for all the exams. In government jobs exams or competitive exams, the syllabus is almost same. So, you can prepare at the same time for more than one exam.
If you want to work in Indian banks, then you can prepare for IBPS PO, SBI PO or RBI exams. You are from technical field, so you can also prepare for IBPS PO exam.
