CISCO does not specify any educational qualifications for appearing for CCNA. There are age criteria for appearing for CCNA. You can appear and get CCNA certification. Indian companies prefer network engineers with graduation degree in engineering or BCA/ MCA, etc. Therefore, I will advice you to gain at least graduation degree, beside CCNA for a good career.

I think Java and networking have better scope in future.
1) For many years Java language is providing the best technology solution to the industry and also it is the most secured platform.
Also, you can see that Java is the core technology for android. Android also has a good scope in the current scenario.
2) Networking is one of the best fields because we have to do something new to get better and secure mode of communication. Also, after CCNA, you can clear CCDA.

Java, for sure. If you know Java from deep you are an open weapon. Try to learn php, Python and Django language along with Java.

It is a good idea to pursue hardware and networking courses before going for CCNA certification as it will enhance your basic understandings which will be very helpful in your IT career.

You can easily get job in companies, such as HCL-T, Dell, Wipro, Infosys etc, which has remote infrastructure management vertical or business unit. You can also get a job in IT department of any medium and large enterprise.

CCNA is a CISCO certification for Network administration. CISCO certifications are well recognized certifications which can help candidates to have long term well paid networking career. CISCO also has specialist certifications. It is recommended that you can start with CCENT and the CCT certifications to start career as a networking professional.
