CCNA is a CISCO certification for Network administration. CISCO certifications are well recognized certifications which can help candidates to have long term well paid networking career. CISCO also has specialist certifications. It is recommended that you can start with CCENT and the CCT certifications to start career as a networking professional. No, I don't think so. You may land a very bad job with low salary and with no actual development. You better go for a degree program followed by a Masters degree course to get in-depth knowledge and a high salaried job.

The best way to learn CCNA is to setup your own lab either with physical devices or use a SIM tool. Lots of videos and materials are available online. Learning by practice is the best way to learn CCNA.
