Certification cost is different.
Usually 50 hrs are standard to complete the course. These days both online and classroom based courses are available.

CCNA is the entry level certification of CISCO Networking. Once you through it you will be eligible for CCNP and so on.

CCNPs are more senior than CCNAs, and usually have more experience and thus also make more money. Because you can't get a CCNP without first getting a CCNA.
