Truly speaking, it matters about how much experience you have gained. If you are into an IT industry and doing a job in networking already then still you are in a better stage. Otherwise to avail new job, you got to renew CCNA certification if it is expired.

It's good that you have done CCNA R&S.
Anytime, CCNA Security is better option because industry is looking for security admin. In 3 years down the line you got to renew CCNA ID anyways hence, CCNA security is a good choice. Also, CCNA VOIP is a demanding course but I would suggest you to prepare for CCNA Security.

First of all I must say there is a very good potential in networking and please ignore any negative suggestions are around you. I am confident of saying this because I have established my career followed by NETWORKING.
I have done CCNA and then CCNP and now I am holding a very good position in a MNC.
Believe me if you learn Networking or CCNA from a true training center or Institute or even an IT professional and your base is clear, there is a bright career prospect is waiting for you. I have been industry for 11 years and I am 100% sure about it.

Don't just study it but inculcate it in your heart and mind. And live CCNA in real life. Enjoy the sound of traffic, bird and the sound of air. And ultimately you will find yourself a learned man in CCNA without going for any degree.

If you can't afford them, you can borrow them from any of your friend. One legal way that you can try is get a one month free membership (do not know if its still available) and get your nuggets from there.
