Between all three mentioned, I'll advice to go for Java. Among these java captures major market share. Due to its open source attribute most companies invest in Java for their application development. Also java has some unique features which keeps it at upper hand over other two. But yes going towards learning curve, Java requires more time to get proficiency. But in end you will enjoy upper hand after learning Java.
Best of Luck.!!

Every technology has great oppurtunity if you have sufficient knowledge about it. After CCNA and having good knowledge you have chance to work in companies like CISCO.
Java itself has very high usage rate.
.net also has high usage as many websites and softwares uses .net.
So every technology has oppurtunity, you just need to go wid your interest and with full dedication

Hi joy,
CCNA is better than CNA because CCNA is a global certification being offered by the Cisco while CNA does not hold global recognition and is provided by jetking. Both the courses addresses almost the same domain areas with little difference in the curriculum
Hope this helps
