Yes, you can go for it but make sure you should have basic knowledge of computer and the operating system and then go for the online course of CCNA watch videos and have in-depth knowledge about everything that relates to networking and do research as much as you can.

Starting path of Cloud includes the fundamentals and then the practitioner level. After you have become hands on with the practitioner level, then you should go for the networking and the databases level certification. After that go for the architect associate level, security services and the Devops, SysOps like advanced certifications. For choosing CCNA as your domain you should have knowledge of networking and then you can appear for CCNA then for CCNP and then for CCIE. Yes Ashwani, Its a better choice for you to go for CCNA certification after completing BCA as its the basic for the networking domain and now the new series for CCNA 200-301 which is having less syllabus and its limited also. Its the best path for beginning your career towards Networking and make sure to get hands on for each and every concept. After completing your CCNA you can apply for CCNP for higher level certification.

CCNA professionals earn more salaries than MCSE professional but the margin is not very much. It is also observed that people with CCNA certifications get more jobs as compared to the MCSE certified professionals. Both the certifications require you to recertify within 3-4 years time.
