Candidates willing to get admission must take part in the CCSU admission process before the last date of application. The accepted entrance exams for admission to the BTech course is JEE Main,  UPTAC, and others. So if not JEE Mains, students will have to clear some other entrance exam for admission.

Candidates scoring less than 50% in Class 12 are eligible to apply for BBA (General) at CCSU. This is because the eligibility criteria for general BBA at the university require a candidate to have scored at least 45% (for General & OBC; 40% for SC/ ST) in Class 12 in any stream. However, they are not eligible to apply for BBA in Hotel Administration with less than 50% aggregate in Class 12. Additionally, they must take the UGAT exam to secure a seat for the course. In case a candidate fails to secure a seat for BBA at CCSU, they can explore other options to pursue the course. They can also check out the colleges offering online BBA cou

The CCSU BA eligibility criteria require the applicants to have passed Class 12 from a recognised board. Hence, a candidate scoring less than 50% in Class 12 is still eligible to apply for the course. However, the final selection is based on the candidate's performance in CUET (UG). Hence, candidates seeking BA admission at CCSU must apply and appear for CUET (UG). In case a candidate fails to secure a seat at CCSU for BA, they can look out for other options to pursue the course. One such option is to go for the colleges/universities offering online BA courses.

The minimum eligibility requirement for BSc admission at CCSU is a pass in Class 12 or equivalent exam. But meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee an admission at the university. Candidates must have studied relevant Science subjects in Class 12, depending upon their chosen specialisation. The eligibility criteria may vary across the specialisations. For Computer Science specialisation, the candidate must have scored at least 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ST) in Class 12. Hence, candidates must make sure that they meet the eligibility criteria specified for their desired specialisation. If a candidate fails to secure
