The entire application process for CDS, including submission of the application form, is done online. Once you have completed the application process and submitted the form, you will receive an acknowledgement from the UPSC. You should keep a copy of this acknowledgement for your records, as it contains important information such as your roll number, application ID, and exam center details. It's important to note that you should fill out the application form carefully and ensure that all the details provided are accurate

You should reach the CDS exam centre at least 1 hour before the exam start time mentioned on your admit card. It is advisable to reach the centre a little earlier to avoid any last-minute rush or unforeseen circumstances. The reporting time is usually mentioned on the admit card, so make sure to check it carefully. You will not be allowed to enter the exam hall if you report late.

If your CDS admit card is lost, you should immediately contact the exam conducting authorities. You can try reaching out to the Union Public Service Commission UPSC through their contact number or email, and explain your situation.
