Anna University conducts the Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admissions (CEETA PG) on behalf of the Tamil Nadu State Government. CEETA PG state-level entrance examination offers admission to postgraduate degrees, such as M.Tech, M.Arch, M.Plan, and M.E.

Anna University, Chennai has released admission notification for CEETA PG 2025. Application forms will be available from January 24, 2025. The last date to submit the application form is February 21, 2025. The mode of the application form is online. The admission process of CEETA PG comprises applicant registration, entrance examination, declaration of results and counselling process. Candidates willing to apply for programs, such as M.E/M.Tech/M.Arch or M.Plan, can apply for CEETA PG admissions. The CEETA PG 2025 exam will be conducted on March 23, 2025 (10:00 am to 12:00 pm).

If a candidate has lost his/her CEETA PG hall ticket, he/she can apply for a duplicate admit card. To obtain a duplicate CEETA hall ticket, the candidate has to pay an amount of INR 300+ 18% GST in the form of a Demand Draft, with a written request to The Secretary, TANCET, Anna University, Chennai—600 025, indicating the registration number, application number, and the name of the examination centre.

Candidates appearing for the examination must carry the following documents along with the CEETA exam admit card 2025: Passport size photograph,  ID proof, such as the Aadhaar card, PAN card, and voter card.,  Photocopy of the identity proof,  PwD certificate (optional).

The CEETA PG 2025 exam question paper is divided into three parts: I, II, and III comprising questions from Engineering Mathematics, Basic Engineering and Sciences, and respective discipline-based. The section-wise distribution of questions is as follows -Section I (Engineering Mathematics) carries a total of 20 questionsSection II (Basic Engineering and Sciences) carries a total of 20 questions, and Section III (Subject-related questions) carries a total of 60 questions.Each question carries one mark, with a negative marking of 1/4 for every incorrect response.
