In CUJ 2023 placements, the CUJ average package offered was INR 4.20 Lacs per annum.The CUJ Ranchi average package offered to the PG students is about Rs. 4.20 LPA. While The Nagaland University placement data below shows the placement statistics for the academic year 2022-23. The Nagaland University average package offered to the students is about Rs. 3 LPA for UG students, and for PG students, the median package is Rs. 4.00 LPA

The students can expect a placement rate of 50-75% in the CUJ as of 2023.The placement cell in the college is pretty active and helps the students to get as many studets as possible to get placed in reputated companies. It should ne kept in mind that the students who provide value to the companies can expect themselves to be placed.

Central University of Jharkhand is a government university whereas Pragyan International University is a private university . Central University of Jharkhand offers various courses in different streams whereas Pragyan International University mainly focuses on Wellness, Yoga, Spirituality, Heritage and Peace (WYSHP) type of programme. Both the universities are having the recruiters and the best placements. Placement wise and the package wise both colleges are having best feedback. The highest package offered during the year 2023 at the Central University of Jharkhand was 6.86LPA and the recruiters like axis mutual fund, reliance retail limited, ujjivan finance Bank, Indiamart intermesh Ltd., visited in the year of 2023.Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University has the placement report of 2023 showing that the placement percentage was 30% and the highest salary offered was 5LPA. Recruiters like TCS, Infosys, tech Mahindra, IBM, cognizent, Accenture etc. visited here.
