The application process for the registration of counselling process for all the UG courses via CUET UG scores have started. The registration process began on Jul 17. Candidates who appeared in CUET UG exam have to participate in CUK counselling process to get admission. The last date to apply for the counselling process is Jul 26. Further, the publication list of the registered candidates will be released on Jul 31.

The Central University of Karnataka counselling process begin after the releasing of CUET UG results on the official website of CUET. After the result declaration, the counselling is solely conducted by the university itself. For BTech, CUK is accepting both CUET-UG and JEE scores. For the courses BTech in Electronics and Communication and BTech in Electrical Engineering, 50% of seats will be filled on merit in the NTA-CUET (UG)-2023. The remaining 50% of the seats will be filled on the basis of performance in JEE–Main Exam (2023) who are eligible for writing JEE–Advanced 2022.

1- Need-based scholarships: Provided to the students who are under the poverty lines.
Students who hail from the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, or OBC quota are eligible for scholarships if they secure 75 percent in their higher secondary examination.
Students who hail from an economically low background are eligible for the CUK Karnataka scholarship by the university.
Students whose parent serves /has served in the military are eligible for a scholarship.
