Hi.There is a well established placement cell in CU kerala. Many students showing good academic and showing good performance in Interviews will get placements in topmost companies.Several students works on different institutes as research fellows, project assistants and several other positions. The placement cell in University is conducting several programs like counselling, seminars, job fairs etc.The course structure helps students get well versed in the subjects that help in the placement process. Kerala University has not released the 2023 placement details. However, the NIRF report 2023 has been released. According to the report, 25 PG (1-year) and 685 PG (2-year) students were placed during Kerala University placements 2022. The median package offered to PG (1-year) and PG (2-year) students during the University of Kerala placements 2022 was INR 2.50 LPA and INR 3.12 LPA, respectively.

The MSc placements at the Central University of Kerala seem to be promising. Most of the students got placed with very good salary packages, and the university has a distinct placement cell that offers placements and internship opportunities to students. The median package offered to PG (2-year) students during the 2022 placements was INR 4.80 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 10 LPA. The placement statistics for the academic years show a good number of students placed and a decent median salary offered. The university also conducts job fairs and trains and grooms students for their professional careers.

However, the combined placement data for PG (2-year) courses is available in the NIRF report 2024. The placement rate for PG (2-year) courses has declined year-on-year from 2021 to 2023. In terms of placements, the University has maintained a decent track record. The official placement report or brochure is yet to be released. As per the data gathered from the NIRF report 2024, 156 out of 818 PG (2-year) graduates were placed in 2023. Earlier, 234 out of 803 students were placed in the 2022 drive. The University has released the median package details in the NIRF report 2024. During 2023 placements, the median package offered to PG (2-year) students was INR 3.26 LPA.
