At the Central University of Orissa, the CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) is calculated based on the number of credits assigned to each course, the more credits, the higher the weighting. Individual subject credit hours are determined by the university. To calculate the CGPA, divide the total weighted grade points by the total credits.

Internal tests are required since their scores are added to the final exam's overall score.These grades can both prevent you from failing and help you increase your percentage. Despite the fact that occasionally teachers would add marks from internal assessments without first examining the internal exams. However, it's preferable to be safe and take the exams.

Don't put too much pressure on yourself during your first year of college. Investigate your surroundings. Make new acquaintances regardless of gender. Students who study a little bit every day will easily get high grades at Orissa University. Develop good organizational skills and create a study schedule to stay on top of your coursework.

Central University of Orissa has no dress code for undergraduate courses. There is a dress code for Diploma. However, you must dress appropriately for college, even if this is not an official regulation that you must observe. It is important to note that these are general guidelines, and there may be specific dress codes for certain programs or events.

For undergraduate courses, admission directly is not a possibility. Candidates must pass the Orissa University general admission test.In addition to graduation, GATE is required for postgraduate studies such as M.Tech. To be eligible for other courses, candidates might be required to successfully complete the UPCET or AIEEE.

Candidates must have received a 60% or higher in maths, physics, and chemistry exams in order to complete a B.Tech in computer Science at one of the accredited universities. Candidates must have received at least a 50% grade in Science in their 12th grade from a certified board.

The Central University of Orissa has a great student life. Due to the fact that exams are administered on schedule, there is no test pressure. The instructors are competent and pleasant. My time in college was excellent. The professors are sympathetic and helpful. They have excellent teaching abilities and are quite upbeat. Excellent management is present.
