  The selection process of the certificate courses at BILAMS is based on merit of Class 12. There are no additional steps to the process of admission as it's merit-based. Each session of the certificate courses at NIELIT Ranchi has a capacity of 20 seats. The DOEACC "O" Level course, a foundational course in computer applications, is one of these courses. At the time of registration applicants should write their name as filled in JAM application form. However, during document verification process candidates can give an affidavit on INR 50/- Stamp Paper stating that the two names belong to the same person and if found false at any stage then his/her seat in CCMN counselling will be cancelled.

The RULET counselling is being conducted in the offline mode.  During the counselling process, candidates need to submit photocopies of their ID proofs, academic certificates and marksheets, category certificates and other required documents. All the candidates claiming admission under a reserved category has to submit one relevant certificate supporting their claim. It should be duly signed by the competent authority of the category.
