Of course it is possible to get a job with an A+ certification. It is also possible to get a job with no certification at all. The question you're really asking is if it is possible to get a job with an A+ certification that you wouldn't have gotten without that credential. The answer to that is also 'of course'. There is certainly a job opening out there (probably dozens of them, actually), where the hiring manager would pass on a candidate with no job experience or certifications. but would accept one that had no job experience but that does have an A+ certification.

Hi Ganesh,
You did not mentioned which course is doing now? There are many colleges offer Value Added courses along with Degrees and Masters. This will help students to find a job easier and getting adequate knowledge in some areas.
For Example, if you are doing BBA/ B Com courses, you can do add on courses in
1. Digital Marketing
2. SAP
3. Computerized Accounting etc.
BCA / B.Sc-IT/CS, B Tech -CSE / IT students can take
1. Web Applications and Development2. Cloud Computing 3. Networking4. Software Testing etc. along with graduate studies
Learning English and Communication skills, Business Writing skills will be an added advantage.

You Have many Choices instead of doing CA CS CMA etc
There are some Courses like
*Accounting Technician Course (ATC) , Conduct by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
*Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) , Conduct by Institute of Cost Accountants of India
The above courses have a lot value because they are recognised by the India's Biggest Professional Body set by an act of parliament
