Good to see that you have done RHCE and interested in AWS. The demand of AWS becomes high these days as it is easy to deploy and manage. Many companies are adopting AWS for their SAAS kind of application hosting.
Infact in the recent past, my company has adopted AWS as hosting platform with Workspace (VMs). Getting AWS certification will definitely help you for you career but you need to wait a little bit because the trend is being floated with slow pace.

Certification course in networking can be done any time. It does help in getting practical knowledge. ME course is masters in engineering which will give you an edge in enhancing your qualification. Try to take admission in ME and then after 1-2 semesters, you can join certification course part-timely, online or during thesis work.

Dear Candidate, it depends on where you are applying because some jobs need equivalent courses but for PHD, I am sure that you are not eligible because for PHD, you would need a post graduate degree instead of a diploma.
& i want to ask u one more thing why u want AICTE approved college because this approval for those private college who r providing technical course and PGDM is a management course.
