PHR/SPHR certification:
For the HR professional who is already actively engaged in the HR industry, they might want to seriously consider setting their goal on obtaining PHR or SPHR certification. While obtaining an MBA will certainly provide grounding in all aspects of business, it may not be concentrated on where the professional wants to be and the prestigious PHR or SPHR certifications might make a lot of sense to pursue.

Do both together. There are online courses for SAP certification. Do that while doing MBA. You have 1-year to start MBA. Utilize time to do both one after another or together.

UGC does not certify a university it's grants fund (not to private universities ) and pretends they are maintaining quality education. you must be talking about scam run by Sikkim Manipal University who pay hefty bribe to IGNOU VC when IGNOU used to regulate distance education.

For government job, the respective body will ask to prove you got the degree got by appearing for exam in Sikkim in its campus only and if it is offered in strictly as per UGC order this university cannot sell even a 100 degree in a year.
