It depends upon which stream you're opting, for financial stream you need CFA, FRM and CFP. For marketing you need digital marketing and business analytics certification, for operations you need supply chain and quality management certification.

You can go for accounting Diploma like Tally, O level, etc. as it will be helpful for you in your future and if you are interested in any other field then you can go for interior designing Diploma.

Your BCA degree is far superior to GNIIT. Try to do some IT courses and get into some company which would give you work experience. I would recommend doing programming courses in .net or Java and Advance Java. Do some certifications in Java or .net also. GNIIT is a 2 years journey if an not mistaken and then you get some placement. Rather I would say invest 6 months - 1 year and learn one language properly and then start working.

CCNP is better as compared to CCNA because it's higher in the hierarchy and also without CCNA, you can't pursue CCNP. So, ideally, CCNA and CCNP should not be compared.

If you can prepare well for MBA entrance exams or if your current organization offers MBA education through a reputed university than you can go for MBA. MBA will enhance your knowledge in the managerial field. Going up in the hierarchy of any organization management is the main focus apart from technical skills. As you are already working and have gained experience on your technical skills, MBA degree would be a better option. Course curriculum of MBA is more oriented towards practical know how, case based learning, research based projects helps one to gain in-depth and diversified knowledge. Bachelors degree courses are definitely better than the diploma courses as you have more in depth knowledge, more experience and better placements.
