Chandigarh Group of Colleges Eligibility

A pass in Class 12 examination conducted by the respective state/ central government authorities recognised as equivalent to Class 12 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology as optional subjects individually is required to apply for BPharm course. Additionally, admission to BPharm course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam and PTU Counselling.  As soon as the selection rounds are over, candidates need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the college. The total fee for BPharm is INR 3.5 Lacs - INR 4.7 lakh. The fee is calculated on semester basis. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled.

A pass in Class 12 in any stream is required to apply for BBA course. Candidates who have passed the matriculation examination of any recognised organisation and also have a three-year Diploma in any trade from the Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training or from any other recognised organisation of equivalent status or from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology, Longowal are also eligible. Additionally, admission to BBA course based on merit in the last qualifying exam. After the completion of the selection rounds, shortlisted aspirants are called for document verification and counselling. The selected candidates need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the college. The total fee for Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran BBA course is INR 2.30 lakh.

The selection criteria for BCA course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Additionally, candidates must pass Class 12 in any stream with at least 45% aggregate to apply for BCA course. Those candidates who have passed their matriculation examination and have also passed three-year Diploma in any trade from Punjab State Board of Technical and Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh or such examination from any other recognised State Board of Technical Education, or Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology, Longowal are also eligible. After the completion of the selection rounds, aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the college. The total fee for BCA is INR 2.3 lakh. The fee is calculated based on semester. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled.

 Admission to CGC Landran MBA course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates who have completed a minimum of three year bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university can apply for the MBA course. After the completion of the selection rounds, shortlisted aspirants are called for document verification and counselling. The selected candidates need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the college. The total fee for MBA is INR 2.40 lakh. The fee is calculated based on semester and excludes hostel and other admission charges. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. 

All those candidates who have passed the Class 12 examination from a board recognised or established by Central/ State Government through legislation and a member of Council of Boards of School Education (COBSE), New Delhi with Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry can apply for BTech course. Those candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering Trade from Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh or Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal (SLIET), or any such examination from any other recognised State Board of Technical Education can also apply. Candidates who have passed two years certificate course from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal (SLIET) shall be eligible.
