Hi, I am an alumnus of Chitkara University. I am sure both the colleges are doing well but I can tell you that other name couldn't be much better option than the Chitkara University. Chitkara University is a beautiful campus with every required facility like Wi-Fi, food court, Sports infrastructure for both Indoor and Outdoor sports and well-maintained classes. Let's not compare the two, both universities are good in their respective fields. But as a student of LPU I would like to say that LPU is the best because in India LPU is one of the best private universities. Its location, layout, education, infrastructure and diversity make this university unique. Ranking: - LPU is in the top 100 among all private and public universities. It is a good college and give you decent opportunity at a very nominal price. Also the college is gaining broad value with time. Also they offer good placement opportunity and decent level of teaching and exposure.

It's not about which university is better. All you should focus is placement. Both CGU and CU good for pursuing MBA. Both have good placements record and provides good facilities in terms of academics and hostel. You can choose according to your convenience.

The difference between CGC and CU are:
Affiliation and Recognition:
CGC is affiliated to Punjab Technical University whereas CU is a Private University. The students passing out from CGC will be conferred degrees from PTU. The Chandigarh Group of Colleges (or CGC) are the educational institutions located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar district of Punjab in short distance from cities of Chandigarh and Mohali. Chandigarh Group of Colleges was established in 2001 at Landran.
