Admissions to the courses are done on the basis of merit. Counselling is conducted on the basis of marks secured by candidates at 10+2 examination in any stream with English (pass). There is no such criteria of min. marks for pursuing Diploma in Bakery and Confectionery.

If you want to join a good college, or want to go abroad for this course, you should get minimum 90% marks and above. If youu want to join government college, then it doesn't matter.
