This institution falls under "Tier 2 ", which indicates a quality education, quality infrastructure and certified and best faculties . This is a person-specific comparison and aligns with the priority that one has set. If you believe that the US market is your thing and you want to do it from a good institution like Temple University and have adequate funds then definitely the USA is the better option here. If you are low on your budget and just have to get done with MBA locally which will by the way land you on a less paying job then choose CU. Temple University any day is better than CU considering that you are ready to invest in your education and have the funds to study there.

For admission in long term courses at NIELIT, Chandigarh, candidates must appear in the entrance examination. Generally, NIELIT entrance examination happens every year in the last week in the month of june every year. For admission in all Non formal courses like O Level, A Level, B Level and C Level of any branch, entrance exam is mandatory. As DOEACC O Level course, is a long term course and it is of O Level, the applicant must give the entrance examination. Thus, you can not get direct admission to DOEACC O Level course at NIELIT, Chandigarh.
