Hello Ilavendan, Part time means you will need to attend classes in evening & on Saturday-Sunday. Hence it's location should be convenient for you. I would suggest following modus operandi. Search for colleges in your desired area offering PG in engineering. Then contact each one by telephone or email & raise your requirements. From the colleges which give acceptable response, select the one that is most suitable. Then take admission following procedure told by that college. Best wishes to you.

Hello Aman Gupta, I am afraid that it's only national testing agency that has the capability to convert percentile into rank. But don't worry. After the completion of fourth session of JEE Mains, NTA will announce this.
