As comparing these colleges, overall Punjab university is better in the infrastructure, facilities and course fee. But in case of placements UIET has better placements. UIET is a government college and Punjab university is state level college. Punjab university has NIRF ranking around 100-150 but UIET doesn't have any rank in NIRF. So, I think Punjab University is better.

For MBA at UIET Chandigarh, candidates will require a minimum score of 50% in the Bachelor's degree from a recognised university. The bachelor's degree can be in any discipline. If the university from where you got your Bachelor's degree gives an aggregate grade instead of marks, then that grade should be equivalent to 50% marks. UIET also accepts CAT score for MBA.
