Both LPU and CU have a good name and come under the tier one category of private educators. However, LPU has performed really well in THE ranking and banged the 74th position globally. LPU is known for its MBA. LPU provides quality education, with great scholarship programs plus holistic learning opportunities. Mittal School of Business is among the first 10 institutions in India to get ACBSP (USA) accreditation, Mittal School of Business ranked among the top 40 Management institution in India, as per NIRF ranking 2021. The curriculum is made keeping in mind the current market trends. The placements are 100%, and students have special placement-oriented classes that serve as a booster for students to clear the exam and interview. Companies like Hyatt, Ritz Carlton, Adani Wilmar, Altruist, Al-Rakha, and Dharam Consultancy selected LPU students for International locations. The highest package availed is 21 LPA. More than 650 companies visit LPU every year for recruitment with an average of 5-12 LPA packages and the highest package was 21LPA. Every year visiting companies escalate in number and till date University has recorded the highest placements in North India. The students can join an internship by sitting in the placement drive organized by LPU or they can organize at their own end. The students can work in banks (Private or Public), the Pvt sector or Public Ltd. companies, etc. The students have done an internship in Companies like IDBI, FUTURE GENERAL INSURANCE Company, COHO, Times of India, Hindustan Times, Karvy stockbroking, Decathlon Sports Ltd; etc.

Both the universities are good. The School trains its students in the campus hotel named University Hotel of 25 rooms hosting national and international guests where students practice along with the staff. The School has five modern kitchens with two bakeries. All kitchens and bakeries are equipped to enable students to perform scientifically and to attain their best of learning through most modern gadgets. We have four training restaurants to teach students about the authentic serving style of food and beverage. LPU labs are equipped with one front office laboratory, two housekeeping laboratories, two computer laboratories with 60 computers, and a simulation laboratory for aviation. LPU Hotel Management and Tourism Discipline is the gamut of research activities that make it a unique academic environment that stimulates creativity and critical thinking and provides impetus to recruiting, supporting, and developing highly-skilled motivated researchers. It is worth noticing that to motivate students, LPU keeps on organising different workshops & events and also invites top personalities from the industry. LPU students of the School of Hotel Management and Tourism have got 100% placement with prestigious global establishments this year. LPU students of the year 2015 passing out batch have been placed at allowances/salary up to Rs 22.5 Lacs per annum. Their employers are top hotels, resorts, palaces groups, and airways including Ritz-Carlton (USA), Qatar Airways (Doha), Oberoi Group, Zuri, Grand Hyatt, Sarovar, Broncos, and more. Many of them have already joined their duties in top countries and Indian Cities at coveted posts.

Both chitkara and CU are good, however, being LPU alumni, and pass out student of CSE department, I can give better information regarding LPU. B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering is related with algorithms, computation, programming languages, programme design, computer hardware, computer software etc. It is a comprehensive course in computer systems and applications. The students who pursue the course of Computer Science Engineering are taught about design, the implementation as well as management of computer software and hardware.
1 Placements :Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft in 2020. During the placement year, 2020-2021 Cloud ERA has offered 31 Lacs Per annum (CSE) in 2019-2020, CODE NATION has offered 31 LPA.

Always choose the institute that along with good education provides you a platform to improve your ideas and provide an stage to bring your innovative ideas into practice. As far as these colleges are concern, I would prefer Lovely Professional University. The School of Law is governed and regulated by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and its curriculum is also provided by BCI and in order to make students top-to-date and the latest trends in the field of law, the School of Law takes initiatives to modify the curriculum as and when need arises. Students have undergone internships at various High Courts, law firms, law chambers, commissions, corporate houses and NGOs. The Alumni's are working as Judicial officers, Legal practitioners and Corporate advisors and Civil servants. In addition to this, MOOT court sessions are also provided to experience the scenario of courts. Some of the companies which have made or shown interest in recruitment from our campus are: MAP Legal Corporation, Manupatra & Co, Integrity Associates, LEGASIS, Thomson Reuters have recruited the students and many more.

Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. I am saying this because I had completed same course from Lovely Professional University, Reviews are pretty good. Well, the study of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Professors are easily approachable in the college and are well experienced. They are very supportive of all technicalities. Students can contact them anytime for their study purpose. Recently in the Amazon placement drive, 15-16 students got a package in the range of 11-16 Lacs and it's a good package, Tanya Arora, she got 42 LPA from Microsoft. But at the same point, there are some companies who took the students at the package of 3.5-34.5 Lacs. There will be many placement drives conducted by Tech Mahindra, Samsung, Koni Labs, Hitachi, Honda and many more. It depends on how you perform. Innovative and productive environment, more emphasize on practical sessions with the benefit of having ragging free campus.
