Yes, you may get a seat at Chandigarh University, but on the basis of class 12th percentage and your PCM percentage.

Chandigarh University is a better option than CGC.
Since CU is fastest growing university and for a percentage of 51.33% in PCM in 12th, you have to strive a lot to get admission.
