Of course, Panjab University is the greatest because it is a government institution and pursuing a B.Tech degree there is worthwhile.Although PU has an excellent reputation, a better environment, instructors of the highest calibre, and awesome classmates, entrance is not that simple and requires passing the JEE mains.Hope it's helpful.
