Dear Aspirant, CU is good as per the review of few of my friends from CU. But you can also review SRM, Lovely Professional University, VIT etc. For curriculum, academics, faculty and placements. Being analumini of LPU I would strongly recommend it especially when it comes to B.Tech. LPU is one of the best universities as they have a robust curriculum and competitive edge through various specializations and hons programmes along with industrial tie ups nationally and internationally (like Google, Microsoft, Comptia, Xebia etc. ). Studying at LPU no doubt gives you a wild card entry to the industry. You will get many opportunities like, workshops, coding events, hackathons, PEP Classes (it might help also in internship in final year) and a lot more in LPU so that you can improve your skills, You will be able to achieve various certifications, which help you in getting better placements.

B.Tech CSE is at a peak in LPU. The students of LPU are guided by niche technologies like Google, SAP, ORACLE an such skill Sets separate them from the rest of the students. The curriculum meets the industry requirements. Well trained experienced faculty handles students with care. The seminars and workshops give a hands on training to the students. The vast infra structure, platform and exposure do wonders for the students. Industry immersion can be seen when the alumni and industry experts guide the students about the trends of the industry. LPU students are provided the opportunities of internships and on-job trainings by the giant techs like Amazon, Bosch, Capgemini, Forbes, Cognizant etc. Such students are picked by the companies before the completion of their course and are merged in to the main stream after their training. The special school of Professional Enhancement hones the skills of the students in aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability and soft skills and prepares them for the placements. The Placement Cell of LPU is the biggest of its kind in India. Preplacemnt classes start right from the beginning of the course. The students are given rigorous training for the placement drives. Mock placement drives are conducted which polish the skills of the students and makes them placement ready.

Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar is popularly known as LPU is conducting its placement drive for the batch 2022 and this year the highest CTC stood at INR 3 CPA which was 1.5 times higher than the last year. The highest domestic salary stood at INR 62.72 LPA. A total of 8400 Job and Internship offers were made. Cognizant recruited the maximum number of students (1410+ Students) followed by Capgemini which recruited 770+ Students. A students of B.Tech CSE/IT was offered a package of INR 49.4 LPA by Paloalto. A total of 383 students have been placed at the packages of INR 10-64 LPA. LPU Placements 2021 offered over 1200 offerings to students of the 2021 batch on day one. A total of 8500 students were placed. The highest CTC stood at INR 42 LPA which was offered by Microsoft to the engineering students whereas INR 21 LPA was offered to the Management students by Trident. LPU made a remarkable achievement during the Covid-19 times by placing 428 students in Capgemini and 739 in Cognizant. In the Summer Internship Placement Drive of 2020 the highest stipend stood at INR 80K. LPU ranked as the 5th Best Private Universities in India by Outlook Ranking 2020 and 99 by NIRF Overall ranking of Universities in India. It offers courses in engineering, management, law, architecture, Science, and Humanities.

Well I don't know much about Chandigarh University but I can guide you by providing the details of LPU. Since I am LPU alumni I am well-versed that LPU provides quality education and colossal growth. B.Sc. Agriculture at LPU, before proceeding I want to assert that LPU is the first private university in India that has got the ICAR accreditation which is a huge milestone that LPU has got in Science field. Undoubtedly, studying B.Sc. Agriculture in LPU will give an upper edge to the students because of robust curriculum and the space area which they provide for agricultural practises. Further, LPU also provides numerous scholarships and benefits of it can be availed by students. As I am an alumnus of LPU from Science background I, have visited the greenhouse and agricultural fields, which I must say are very vast and the on-going projects are significant and impactful. LPU also offers various career pathways and depending upon students calibre the guidance is provided accordingly. In summation I would strongly recommend LPU for pursuing B.Sc. Agriculture as LPU moulds each person in such a way so that one can fit in this competitive world.

No doubt every education sector is intended to educate the community, but being LPU alumni I can categorically say that LPU is the right choice to pursue the higher education because of the quality education, specialised faculty and staff, career opportunities and abundant scholarships. B.Tech. (Aerospace Engineering ) at LPU provides a platform for learners to design aircraft, spacecraft, satellites and missiles. In addition, these engineers test prototypes to make sure that they function according to plans.
