Charotar University of Science and Technology is a well-known university which offers programmes in various fields, such as Arts, Commerce, Science, Pharmacy, and more. Admissions to the programmes offered at the institute are through both entrance exams and merit basis. The university accepts entrance tests, such as JEE Main, GUJCET, NEET, etc. Hence, students need to appear and clear the exams. Charotar University of Science and Technology admissions are either merit or entrance-based. However, the university reserves a certain number of total seats for Management Quota and NRI/ NRI Sponsered Quota. The reserved percentage varies according to the course selected by the student. Yes, Charotar University of Science & Technology does accept JEE Main scores for admissions to its BTech programme. The university offers a full-time undergraduate degree in BTech and shortlists candidates based on entrance exam scores. Additionally, the university also accepts GUJCET scores for selected the students. Students must secure a valid score in the exam and fulfil the basic eligibility of clearing Class 12 with PCM subjects and a minimum aggregate of 45% from a recognised board.

CHARUSAT GUJSAT Cutoff 2024 was released for Round 1. The Cutoff was released as Opening and Closing, for AI and HS category candidates. The most competitive course for the General HS category candidates was BTech in CSE, with the closing Cutoff of 1832. For the OBC HS category candidates, the Cutoff closed at 3255, making it the most competitive course.

CHARUSAT accepts GUJCET for admission to B.E. courses. GUJCET Round 1 has been released for different categories under the AI and the HS Quota. For General HS category candidates, the Cutoff for CSE was 1832, making it the toughest course.For the OBC HS Category candidates, the toughest course was B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, with the closing Cutoff of 3255.
