If you have plan to practice the subject, then Chartered Accountancy is way better then MBA. However, if you have plan to do job in MNC's, then both would be indifferent subject to top 30 MBA colleges. Thanks.

You can go for internship/part time job. That will add more value to your resume. In PGDM, if you have prior experience, you definitely have an edge over other students. Good luck.

Aspirants seeking to become a Chartered Accountant should register with the Board of Studies at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the Common Proficiency Test (CPT). The registration has to be done 60 days prior to appearing for the exam. Candidates can enrol for CPT after passing the class 10 exam itself. I think no need of MBA to give your 2 years.
You have already done with CA.
You just take some experience from the company or else. Check the course which help you in your work.
Also, now, there is new concept of GST so do that thing which help you rather to do MBA for 2 or 1 year
I will say no for MBA.

Course wise difference is already known to all.
Basically, a chartered accountant is someone who has expertise in Taxation, accounts and auditing. On the other hand, a company secretary is one having expertise in all the laws, rules and regulations.
Numbers/taxes or law/company affairs
Both have different work fields and opportunities. A time was there when CA was more remunerative then CS. But the change in time and induction of new laws have widened the scope of CS too and therefore more or less they both stand at equal levels in case of employment.
