Aspirants seeking to become a Chartered Accountant should register with the Board of Studies at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the Common Proficiency Test (CPT). The registration has to be done 60 days prior to appearing for the exam. Candidates can enrol for CPT after passing the class 10 exam itself. On passing the +2 examination or a recognised equivalent examination, candidates can write the CPT. On successful completion of the +2 exam and the CPT, candidates are eligible to register for the Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC). You have already done with CA.
You just take some experience from the company or else. Check the course which help you in your work.
Also, now, there is new concept of GST so do that thing which help you rather to do MBA for 2 or 1 year
I will say no for MBA.

Basically, a chartered accountant is someone who has expertise in Taxation, accounts and auditing. On the other hand, a company secretary is one having expertise in all the laws, rules and regulations.
Numbers/taxes or law/company affairs
Both have different work fields and opportunities. A time was there when CA was more remunerative then CS. But the change in time and induction of new laws have widened the scope of CS too and therefore more or less they both stand at equal levels in case of employment.
