Firstly, you have to score good marks in TOEFL or any language exam as per requirement. Then, you have to take a transcript from your college.

All German universities are equally good. There are no subject-specific rankings. The best ones, however, include RWTH Aachen, TU Munich, TU Berlin, FU Munster and so on.

Yes, you have indeed very good academics. But I feel the best course for you is to approach specialised agency that is dealing with sending students to Germany. They would know different nuances so that you don't fall into any trap.
