You have three options i.e. Job, Higher Education in Chemical or Management. Choice between MBA / MTech or job is the most common dilemma facing B Tech graduates. If you intend doing MTech and specialize in one of the chemical engineering subject , it will better to continue with education and do M Tech. MTech qualification offers you better jobs and a freedom to make career in technology.
