AICTE approval is not necessary if you are studying in a deemed university or in a campus of university (not in its affiliated colleges) approved by UGC, then even if your course is not approved by AICTE, it will not create any problem. So deemed universities/universities campus does not require any AICTE approval before and even after year 2013.

There is no M.Tech in USA. It is called MS there, attempt GRE and TOEFL make your CV strong, then apply for the Universities in USA. All the best.

Frankly speaking, there is no proper answer for this query. This is so since girls are ruling the roost in almost all fields and branches of engineering. Hence, even if you Google, majority of answers would be very old. Here, I would like to advise you that please select a sub branch of chemical engineering that fascinates you the most. After M.Sc, you cannot join B.Tech, but you have a chance to join M.Tech, it's better you do Ph.D.
