The admission in Annamalai University for engineering courses is done through TNEA. The admission window is closed now. And I have found nothing about management quota in Annamalai University. So, you should contact the college to see if they have any vacancies.

B.Tech through correspondence will be a waste of time and resources. AICTE doesn't recognise such courses. You would be better off studying a regular course. Pursue the same course from Andhra University but in regular mode. The admissions must be over by now. You can try again next year or choose another college.
