It all depends on your liking towards any of the branches that you have mentioned. NIT Trichy is one of the best and the oldest NIT amongst the other NITs. It can definitely fetch you good placements. Also, CSE at NIT Trichy is the best.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for admission to Kongu Engineering College for B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering. Minimum Eligibility to Apply is a pass mark of 50% in class 12. Admission is through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counseling guidelines based on marks obtained in class 12th final examination. Yes, of course you can but I would recommend you to go for biotechnology branch because that thing is more related to the stream you have taken and for chemical good college is in Pune, Mumbai like MIT-Pune and ICT-Mumbai, etc. Please comment if you need more help.
