Well, it all depends, how hard you work, if you work hard enough, you are sure to get a good job. Also, the name and fame of the college from which you graduated plays a big role. Companies give more preference to the students from well reputed colleges.

For that, you can opt an easy way. After class 12, NEST exam is conducted by main 3 research institutes and if you scored great in that, then you would be eligible to get admission in 5 year integrated B.Sc. M.Sc. Programme and after that, you would be directly posted to Homi Baba Research Center.

For lateral admission, if you are from the Tamil Nadu, you better go for SSN- Chennai. If your family is good enough to spend more money, go for Amirtha, VIT, and SRM, if you are willing to go for other state, choose Gujarat based college. Most of the reliance recruitment are from Gujarat based college.

Keep both as a plan A and plan B. Firstly, try for the option you want to prefer first. If you have both the option at same level, then I suggest you to go for Master's degree. It will increases your knowledge, specialization and your chances of getting a job in your field. Nowadays, it is common to have Master's degree, since most of the people are now doing the doctorate degree. Go for Masters then for job.
