Hello Satish,
You can get admission into SASTRA University with this marks as it is really a good score. But the scholarship or reduction in the fee structure is not offered on the basis of your admission marks.
There are certain scholarships that you can avail, once you score more in your semester exams.

In my opinion, chemical engineering is better right now. This is because I believe that employers are more reluctant to employ biomedical engineers because the field is still so painfully young in comparison to chemical engineering. For instance, several classmates of mine graduated with biomedical engineering degrees but have had a hard time in the job marketplace because of this factdespite that these engineers are brilliant and that they graduated from an ABET accredited program.

It solely depends on the number of students passing or failing in that. The number of students leaving the college which may lead to the vacancy of seats. You can inquire about the seats from the college office for further details. Hope this helps!

Hello Numair,
For getting admission to BE, you have two options. Firstly seek lateral admission directly in 2nd year of engineering of college of your choice in your state. This of course provided that you get good marks in diploma. Alternatively, score at least 75% in Diploma and seek admission in the first year in one of the IIT's after clearing JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.
