You can try for an elite national college. You'll land up getting clearance for a loan. most people in India go for further education based on loans. Or if you try for foreign university, you can try for scholarships as well.

It's very nice to see your dream of doing your MS abroad. With scholarship too. Well it's not difficult at all. First of all you must get more than 80% as you have stated in your graduation exam. Scholarships are not granted on a regular basis but on selectively. Don't depend on it. There is still time for it.

Yes, obviously if your college board permits you then you can go for it. Chemical engineering has a good scope. If you are getting tensed or bored after the crisis or whatever then just concentrate for only 1 year and just graduate.

Both Chemical Engineering and Pharmaceutical Engineering are good but chemical engineering has wide scope than pharma as pharma is restricted to only 1 industry and chemical includes various industries. With chemical engineering, you can join pharma as well.
