You say, you have a Diploma in mechanical but you want to go for a chemical engineering degree but my advise you to think before taking this step. Are you really passionate about chemical engineering? If yes then go ahead, if not then think what you are passionate about.

Yes, indeed Diploma in pharmacy is a good option. But it is always a better option to pursue a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy. Wider scope in terms of job potential.Also, the scope of higher study is there. Best wishes!

Electrical engineering is better in terms of GATE/ESE point of view, however, hardly any PSUs visit HBTU based on two to three years of experience.
