For 2023, cut-off was 8999 for General category candidates in the All India quota for BTech in Chemical Engineering in IIT BHU, Varanasi - Indian Institute of Technology. For female candidates in the general category under the All India quota, 13732 was the closing rank. BTech cut-off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

No, MTech in Chemical Engineering (Structural Engineering) is not offered at IIIT Surat.
