Yes, students at NIT Calicut can change their branch at the end of the first year exam if they score more than 8.5 GPA. Candidates who have successfully completed the first two semesters of the courses in the first attempt with CGPA of not less than 8.00 will be eligible for change of branch. I hope this helps!

There are few colleges in Vadodara and Ahmedabad that offer B.Tech in Chemical Engineering as a part-time/work-integrated programme like Sardar Patel University, Gujarat Technological University, and Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalaya. The eligibility criteria for the students are having a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in 10+2.

The total tuition fees for pursuing Diploma in chemical engineering, which is a 3 years course, at ITM Vocational University - ITMVU is INR 1,47,000 i.e INR 49,000 annually. However it is to be noted that the above fees doesn't include other expenses such as hostel fees etc.
