I am not much aware about this but according to my  information CMS Bangalore offers MBA, PGDM, BBA, BA or MA only not any other courses offered by CMS Bangalore. So if you want to know about M.Tech in chemical engineering which is structural engineering then go  for website and know about it but I am not much aware about it.

No, M.Tech in chemical engineering is not offered by mangalmay institute of management and technology.You can search for other colleges and universities for this course.Mangalmay institute of management and technology doesn't provide any M.Tech. degree to the students
